We recommend booking an early morning flight to avoid unexpected transit delays.
At Dite Tour, you will receive complimentary pickup and drop-off service to and from your hotel or airport in Labuan Bajo. Pickup is available only on the start day of your trip, and you can add your hotel or arrival details in the notes during the online booking process. If you arrive on the same day as the tour starts, you need to be on land before 09.00 AM. Otherwise, we recommend being in Labuan Bajo one day early to ensure timely boarding.
Our 3-day, 2-night shared luxury phinisi trip itinerary follows a well-planned sailing schedule. The phinisi liveaboard leaves at 10.00 AM on the first day and returns around 11.30 AM on the final day, followed by hotel or airport drop-off service. If you plan to fly on the final day of the tour, we recommend booking an afternoon flight at 03.00 PM or later. This will allow you enough time for the airport check-in.
